Hello, I’m Wayne Mangum I have been closing loans in Farmington, New Mexico for 21 years now.  I have built a very loyal following consisting of previous customers. The life blood of my business is referrals, made up almost entirely of these very satisfied customers.

I have been active in my community for years.  I have served as President of the Board of Four Corners Home for Children, Budget Committees for the Farmington Municipal Schools, Chairman of the Board of Better Business Bureau of Farmington, President of the Board of Leadership San Juan, led Bible Studies for a Men’s Group at Church. I received some public speaking training at the Toastmasters Club of Farmington.

Currently, I am a commissioner on the Farmington Airport Advisory Commission, Board Member of Leadership San Juan, member of the State Board New Mexico Better Business Bureau, Board member of Leadership San Juan Alumni. I regularly attend church with my family.

 I have been married for 25 years; we have a 23 year old son and awesome daughter in law. We also have 20, 17 and 13-year-old daughters.  My wife is working on her Ph.D.   She also holds down a job as a nursing instructor.  I married up for sure!

I have the best employee ever in Beverly, she gives everything she has when she is at the office, and our customers and I are very blessed to have her in our lives.  

I really like archery hunting, though fishing in Canada is probably my most fun selfish escape. I love dark restaurants, wine, college football, cool weather, subway rides in New York City, laughing with my wife, a sizzling steak on a warm plate, reading my Kindle, watching my kids succeed, spending time with my dad, God, biscuits and gravy and a fire in the fireplace.
